Stafford L.K. GUEST is a co-founder of the Internet Users Society- Niue (IUS-N), the designated manager of the .NU Domain.He is a businessman resident on Niue Island in the SW Pacific, has attended ICANN meetings since its inception and participates in ccNSO and APTLD conferences.

As secretary of the Internet Users Society-Niue Mr Guest  supported the founding of the Pacific Islands chapter of the Internet Society and has actively promoted netsafe projects around the Pacific.

A former broadcaster and publisher Mr Guest has investments in Niue's hospitality industry, is a member of the island's Business Roundtable.
